About the Role:
The HR Director will be responsible for leading the human resources function for a company with ~1000 colleagues based in Europe, Asia and the United States. This role will have frequent contact with senior management within the company as well as run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of HR set up and then manage a team to meet the HR needs for the Americas region (Canada, Mexico and United States)
Manage organizational HR initiatives for the Americas region
Act as a culture carrier, by enforcing our values and being an active leader in our DEI initiatives
Actively monitor engagement and assist managers with plans to maintain or improve as needed
Act as a HR Business Partner for at least 1 functional leader
Act as an advisor for People Leaders on workforce needs
Work with assorted vendors that support the region
Monitor and manage comp for region
Manage HR initiatives for the Americas region
Facilitate professional development for People Leaders including leadership coaching, succession planning, development planning
Support the Head of HR with various projects
Ideal Qualifications:
5 years of general HR experience
The ability to work in a dynamic environment
The ability to actively manage conflicting priorities
The ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Understanding of local and national laws
Experience working through others, directly or indirectly is preferred
Immigration experience and experience in an international company is a plus
Ability to travel as needed

For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $116,000 - $140,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
