Position Title: Office Administrator

Position Type: Full Time/ Part Time, Non-exempt

Rate: $18.00-$25.00 starting DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm, 30 min unpaid lunch

Overtime: Required as requested by management

Probationary Period: 90 Days

Summary Description:

The Office Assistant/Receptionist position is in direct support of the company’s Service, Operations, and Administrative departments. Typical duties include: answering the phones, assisting customers, collecting customer paperwork, scanning paperwork, filing, purchasing support, and tasks as assigned. Ensuring that the flow of paperwork and information is effective and consistent, is a daily goal. Coordinating with Technicians and Department Heads on behalf of the service team, making sure all departments are supported appropriately. The position will require multitasking inside an office environment, providing excellent and friendly customer service, assisting with expense reports, AR/AP assistance as needed, and data entry inside of our company ERP software. The employee in this position will need to organize individual task priorities and report on work status/ job completion. This position is considered entry level, however, experience with Microsoft Office and clerical work is a must. This position has opportunity to grow in the Administrative and Accounting fields via OJT.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
