We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and general information
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize up selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell products is desirable
