Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Program Manager for its Operations team, primarily focusing on the Regional Aircraft business. The Program Manager will be an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures. Day-to-day activities will include proposal preparation, interfacing with internal and external customers, management of key customers, development of new business, and monitor the delivery of goods and services to the customers. The Program Manager should possess the skills to guide others on a technical team, and they will be able lead the development and management of program plans. The Program Manager will be to influence other business areas without direct authority and have experience working with customers globally.
The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Product Support within the Saab, Inc. Operations team.

Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.
Ability to train less experienced professionals.
Good presentation, leadership and team-building skills.
Compensation Range: $104,300-$133,000
The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training.
Skills and Experience:Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in engineering, business or related discipline.
8 years of experience
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel up to 50% in support of program and business development efforts. (some of that travel is International)
Desired Qualifications:
Experienced in business development and developing competitive proposals
Experienced in creating financial model
Experienced in leading teams
Experience working with commercial, and foreign customers
Experience working in Oracle, Salesforce, or similar programs
Desired Education:
MBA or JD
Citizenship Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
