Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or other group in an organization. Collects, reviews and analyzes data, and prepares reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with standard correspondence or other messaging. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Plans, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of an organization, such as records and information management, mail distribution, and other office support services. Functions as Facility Point of Contact responsible for facilities management and ensures the timely and accurate delivery of quality facility management services. Has basic word processing, spreadsheet and graphics software skills. A multi-task oriented individual is required.
Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of administrative support or secretarial experience.
Must be US Citizen
Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is required.
