Qualifications/ Responsibilities:
- Must possess, as a minimum, two (2) years college
- Must be a certified and/or be State tested Nursing Assistant II in accordance with laws of this state
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years’ experience in a nursing care facility
- Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
