Your Mission
As a Sales Finance Manager, you will be a key contributor and leader on the Sales Finance team and an integral part of the Revenue Operations team within the Finance Department. The role will be reporting to the Director, Sales Finance.
You will:
- Be responsible for designing and managing policies and protocols to protect the company and accelerate deal velocity
- Thrive in a high pressure and rapidly changing, less structured environment
- Be responsible for building and helping defining a new function within SADA
- Partner with Sales to provide financial analysis and establish processes that drive value and mitigate risk
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments on business objectives
- Fulfill requirements for accurate and timely data from a diverse set of stakeholders
- Leverage and enhance existing business intelligence platforms such as Looker for the display of accurate and timely data
- Coach and develop high performing analysts
- Maintain flexible hours for a global workforce of stakeholders and contributors
- Have the ability to personally meet deadlines irrespective of internal team circumstances
- Have the ability to translate complex data and effectively communicate to non-technical professionals
- Have the ability to successfully influence business partners, even when holding a contrary position
- Have excellent project management, organization and time management skills
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree (BCom or BBA)
- 8 years of relevant experience working with Sales and Finance departments
- 2 years of relevant experience managing individual contributors
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Looker experience highly preferred
