Safavieh seeks a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Sales Administrator. Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming / outgoing communications with sales, warehouse, key partners, and stakeholders
• Corresponds with internal and external partners to help oversee account initiatives and timelines
• Assist in preparation for Market across all functions, including but not limited to; managing orders, tracking shipments, communication with warehouse and external partners; etc.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced office with a high level of attention to detail and organization

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Entry-level,1-2 years experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to compare various data sets and draw valuable and actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
• Capability to work as part of a team and independently on own initiative

Compensation :

• $25.00 / hour commission
• Benefits 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation, and sick time
