Safety Kleen in Saginaw, MI is looking for a Branch Administrator to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, maintaining detailed and accurate company, branch, and customer files. The successful candidate will possess the ability to interact efficiently with Customers, Branch General Manager, Customer Service Manager and District Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Enter data into Systems;
- Create proper shipping and billing documents daily, including manifests;
- Contact customers delinquent in payment and coordinate pick up of payments;
- Enter sales leads on a daily basis;
- Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints;
- Enter time of service Containerized Waste Service profiles into company data system;
- Order office supplies
- Maintain office equipment, request service and supplies;
- Track and maintain mandatory employee training for all branch personnel;
- Maintain and update filing systems;
- Other related support functions as directed by management.
