Description

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced baker to join our team at a beautiful private school in the heart of Albuquerque. We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods for our students, faculty, and staff. We are looking for a self-driven and very strong can-do attitude, and baking in volume is a must.

• 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
  
  

What You'll Need

• Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
