Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for documentation purposes
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Assist with botulinum toxin treatment procedures

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [state]
- IV infusion experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9 coding, and healthcare systems
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $34.51 - $41.57 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
