Responsibilities:
Join our team with these key responsibilities and opportunities for decision-making: • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and internal Sales teams to manage risk, make credit decisions, and optimize cash flow effectively. • Financial Management: Handle customer credits, refunds, and discounts efficiently, and address payment/collection issues to meet targets and quality standards. • Debt Collection: Proactively pursue debt collection following established policies, ensuring timely payments for optimized cash flow. • Financial Analysis: Regularly review ledger balances, reduce bad debt, and escalate cases for legal action as needed. • Learning & Development: Engage in learning activities and create a personal development plan. • Service Delivery: Deliver services as outlined in SLAs and provide customer-focused financial support. • Compliance: Adhere to internal and external regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Process Improvement: Document and standardize work processes, actively engage in improvement projects, and contribute to reporting on team KPIs. • Key Performance Indicators: Your performance will be evaluated based on volume, debt management, timeliness, and stakeholder engagement. • Skills & Experience: We seek candidates with at least 2 years of Credit & Collections experience, familiarity with a service-oriented culture, and active participation in systems improvement programs.
