SAIC, Inc is seeking a Collection Strategist for a dynamic contract supporting an Intelligence Community customer. Join our fantastic team supporting an exciting mission that impacts National Security. This is a great opportunity to get your TS/SCI clearance upgraded to a CI Poly!
The Collection Strategist - Sr will be asked to provide technical expertise to support a variety of tasks to include, but not limited to:
- Perform collection strategy / management work and write reports based upon the resulting work.
- Assess and report on the strengths and limitations of collection platforms / sensors.
- Research, build, and execute collection strategies.
- Write concepts of operations and operational support projects.
- Author new procedures / methods to create innovative collection plans/ strategies.
Qualifications
- Must have active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.
- Master’s degree in intelligence, engineering, science, or equivalent (6 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
- 10 years’ experience performing collections, collection strategy / management work, and writing reports based upon the resulting work / accomplishments.
- Significant current experience (within last 2 years) in collection strategy / management techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives.
- Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
- Experience working on-site at a government customer location.
- Experience working in DOD/IC.
- Published / authored collection strategy reports.
Salary : $119,000 - $150,000
