Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of ten years of experience directly related to IT services.
Desired:
- Experience managing technical/support teams
- Experience utilizing IT service planning
- Experience performing in medium to large scale operations of IT Service Management
- Experience utilizing service delivery in a government systems and services environment
- Experience utilizing Agile development, DevOps, and knowledge management
- ITIL certification
