Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Manager to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Services/RCC-NG for all common services.
This position is contingent upon contract award which is expected summer 2022.
This is a 100% Remote / Work from Home position. Must be local to the Washignton, DC metro area for travel to key meetings.
The Program Manager is responsible for successful delivery of a program to a customer. Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Define or contribute to the program baseline then execute the program to comply with baseline requirements. Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership. Support business development and program staff management. Qualifications
***This position REQUIRES U.S. citizenship and, at minimum, an active DoD Top Secret clearance WITH SCI elegibility. All candidates without an active clearance will be immediately disqualified.***
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (no exceptions can be made for these requirements):
- Ten years of senior leadership/program management experience within the last twenty years over a program or programs
- A minimum of five years of experience implementing project management principles and managing, tracking, and coordinating a wide range of actions, documents, and tasks through completion.
- Possess one of the following active certifications:
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Possess an ITIL® v3 or ITIL® 4 certification higher than the Foundation Level in either framework.
- An active TS security clearance with an SCI eligibility. SCI eligibility means the individual is eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination upon TO award and approval of the DD254.
A PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to project management or information technology..
- Experience effectively directing and managing contract functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks of similar size and scope to this task order
- Possess the appropriate certifications to achieve DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level III.

Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
