SAIC is looking for a Microsoft SharePoint Requirement Analyst to join our Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) team in Washington, DC. The team operates within the agency's Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Department (ITIOD). The role specializes in documenting business and development requirements, solution documentation, and test plans for SharePoint no-code/composite/out-of-the-box solution development (e.g. custom lists, SharePoint Designer workflows) with some custom development and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript).
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with the SharePoint team, business sponsors, and stakeholders to gather and document the requirements for SharePoint solutions
• Circulate for review, and revise solution requirements
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow and business processes
• Document the program and project deliverables as required
• Capture meeting minutes for all customer meetings
• Develop solution documentation, user guides, and test plans
• Coordinate with business sponsors and customers to re-engineer business processes
• Develop and deliver training materials for business processes and SharePoint solutions
• Data collection, tracking, customer interaction and coordination
• Schedule requirements gathering meetings with customers
• Correspond with customers according to a defined communications plan
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Lead daily stand-up meetings
• Provide quality control for SharePoint team deliverables
• Assist with the promotion of SharePoint within the agency
• Provide end user support for SharePoint sites and solution
Qualifications
Required Skills:
• Bachelors and 4 years or more of related experience; Associates Degree, 6 years of related experience
