JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide programmatic and budget support to a Customer that is performing important research to ensure that future mission capabilities are ready for tomorrow's challenging environment, as well as developing a custom application that gathers data, analyzes it, and provides insight regarding data correlations relevant to the mission. The candidate will provide support with project planning, managing team schedule, partner collaboration / communications, resource management, user group support, and task oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects. The candidate must be a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks, and work independently and with other team members. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and maintain program/project plans that capture requirements, roadmaps, constraints, risks, schedules, resource needs, and budget.
- Monitor projects within the department, coordinate associated activities across the team and provide updates on project status.
- Prepare briefing slides and other project documentation.
- Prepare schedules and coordinate updates routinely using Microsoft Project.
- Track spending plans and budgets for multiple activities.
- Organize and manage documentation in multiple locations, such as share folders, confluence website, and hive collaboration space.
- Review and edit technical documentation.
- Perform User Group activities such as agenda preparation, meeting facilitation, feedback documentation, and general communication.
- Coordinate and track team activities, actions, and new initiatives to ensure completion on or ahead of schedule.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Qualifications:
- Current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree), and ten years of work experience.
- Excellent Project Management experience developing program/project plans that capture requirements, roadmaps, constraints, risks, schedules, resource needs, and budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a small team environment and across organizational boundaries.
- Collaboration skills to support relationships with stakeholders to draw requirements and leverage partnerships, including excellent facilitation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Extensive experience planning and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
- Advanced communication and problem solving skills.
- Skilled with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with knowledge management tools such as Confluence and Hive.
- Demonstrated excellent writing skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience running financial reports, analyzing the data, and producing performance summaries.
- Experience with the cybersecurity accreditation process.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as SCRUM.
