SAIC has an excellent opportunity for a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist to facilitate modernization of Army IT delivery through the establishment of an Enterprise-class ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) deployment.
Candidate will be a key part of a team of IT professionals deploying a cloud-based ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) system known as the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP). Candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert on the ServiceNow CRM platform, and will be the key developer of the new system. The candidate will work with Army customers, users, and commercial partners to configure the platform.
Candidate will provide remote administration and configuration tasks in a hybrid-cloud environment, and will be the Tier 3 expert on test, development, and production system environments. Candidate will be directly responsible for troubleshooting issues and managing ticket queues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written are required for customer interactions. Strong initiative, teamwork and problem solving skills are also required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide In-depth knowledge and direct configuration activities required to establish a production ready ServiceNow platform in a highly complex, enterprise level environment. Provide direct administration of the platform and associated modules such as ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog and Flow Designer. As part of an engineering team, provide service mapping and integration expertise per customer requirements

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience implementing IT Service Management systems. 4 years' experience can be accepted in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret Security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Process driven
- Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications.
- Deeply familiar with the ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal designer modules.
- Experience implementing and configuring Service Now modules.
- Experience operating in a DoD network environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Modules preferred
