Description

SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit, USG Mission and Information Technology Division, is seeking a Web Developer who specializes in the development and maintenance of SharePoint websites. The developer needs polished skills in concept development and execution while managing a moderate to heavy workload. The Web Developer will help drive a transition of current capabilities to M365, as that platform stands up.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide SharePoint architecture, development, and administration support
• Support web design to develop a work product that clearly articulates the products and services
• Develop and support SharePoint-based tools to track initiative
• Review content, recommend updates, and connect various data sources for a dynamic display

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline. Note that years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:

• Creating web design such as user experience, user interface, graphic design, photo editing, typography, analytical skills, and IT skills
• Implementing SharePoint development and administration
• Developing using HTML and CSS
• Utilizing SharePoint Designer to include workflow development, page management, and page design
• Updating and editing SharePoint Master Pages and style sheets
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and map

Desired:

• One or more of the following certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
