Description:
Position Summary:
Support Accounting & HR departments in administrative and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain a filing system for HR and Accounting records.
- Run, audit, and distribute reports. Compile and present accurate information.
- Assist with collection calls.
- Enter data in SAP and other platforms, with attention to data integrity and accuracy.
- Support recruiting efforts.
- New Hire Orientation.
- Payroll Timecard Maintenance.
- Maintain Plant Uniform program.
- Order office supplies to maintain sufficient stock.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as reasonably required from time to time.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
