Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients remotely to understand their sports event travel needs, preferences, and special requests.
• Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries tailored to each client's needs and budget.
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification for booking travel.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing support.
• Monitor changes within the tourism industry and travel restrictions.
• Handle travel bookings and effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
• A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not required.
• Willingness to participate in FAM trips when possible.
• Team player with a passion for sports and travel.
• Must reside in one of the following countries United States, Mexico, Australia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru
• Fluency in English is required, with bilingual proficiency considered advantageous.
