Join our dynamic team at SAIL where we enthusiastically deliver high performance property management! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support our operations and accounting departments.

As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various departments within the company.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including administrative support, operations coordination, and basic accounting duties.

This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse aspects of our business operations.

The Administrative Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks with a high degree of accuracy, utilizing their attention to detail to complete each responsibility with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the operations and accounting departments.
  • Sustain a high level of operational efficiency, communication and team collaboration.
  • Monitor multiple email inboxes and complete communication tasks as requested.
  • Data entry including but not limited to financial spreadsheets, writing and editing emails, preparing communications, updating databases and other documents.
  • Assist with project coordination within various property management departments.
  • Assist with financial reporting.
  • Review, post, and pay invoices from P2P Yardi full service.
  • Assist property staff in keeping accurate tenant ledgers and charges.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills with a passion for providing superior customer service.
  • Provide assistance to properties, as needed.
  • A utility player who is able to multi-task and jump in where needed.
  • Complete and execute special projects as assigned.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and process skills.
  • Financially astute with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex details in an efficient manner.
  • Highly resourceful problem solver and a quick learner.
  • Ability to consistently execute with precision with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Supportive team player.
  • Tech savvy.

Compensation details : 55000-55000 Yearly Salary
