Job Summary
Responsible for preparation and service of meals served to patients and customers. Customer service skills meet the expectation of the Medical Center's standards of practice. Serves food items on patient tray line, ensuring accuracy of prescribed diet. Serves Restaurant customers quality food at the proper temperature and portion size. May operate a cash register. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Ensures that all food and supplies are properly labeled and stored as required by County and State regulatory agencies. May operate dish machine, and/or wash pots and pans.
