A small FUN woodworking shop, is growing and looking for additional help. Our shop offers profit sharing - 50% of all profits are distributed amongst employees semiannually. We are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience and a strong sense of urgency, who wants to be part of a team that works hard to produce a high-quality product. We will only consider individuals who are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and who are willing to do whatever it takes on a given day to make the company successful.
The company manufactures and installs a variety of wood products ranging from high-end cabinetry to garden gates. Duties could include: managing multiple projects from start to finish, customer interaction, detailed shop drawings, material take-offs, ordering, construction, finishing, delivery, and installation. Pay will be commensurate with years of woodworking/finishing experience, and raises will be based on performance.
