Care coordinator

Job Description

The Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced coordinator who is a natural leader, to arrange for uninterrupted continuing medical care and assisting in the management of home care plans prior to discharge, at admission.

Shift : Monday Friday, 8-5.

The Work :

• Intake admission charging
• Discharging
• Billing
• Coordination of care
• Collecting insurance and demographic information
• Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve accounts
• Provides specialized support for the Patient Accounting and Finance Departments
