What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Lead position at Salad and Go?
Pay: $22.75/hr
As the Warehouse Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage team members on accurate picking process
- Train new pickers on the scanning process providing support as needed
- Prepare Purchase Orders and Bill of Ladings for the receiving team and file Purchasing Orders and Bill of Ladings away.
- Manage inventory levels needed for store pickers
- Work with the Warehouse System (ERP, SAP)
Experience and Ideal Candidate
- Ability to work at a fast pace throughout shift
- Working in a cold environment (35-40 degrees) for extended periods of time in warehouse.
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse.
