Duties
- Answering the telephone when customers call to plan and book their golf vacation
- Using the computer to plan, quote and book golf vacations
- Using the Internet and live chat to walk customers through various options for their trip
- Responding by email to on-line golf vacation quote requests
- Maintaining contact with customers utilizing top-notch follow-up skills
- Opportunities for cross-training as business needs dictate
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and questions regarding various products and services. If appropriately licensed, meet with prospective clients individually to describe product offerings.
- Submit communications.
- Handle marketing and sales projects as needed.
- Support the representatives and advisors with seminars, including marketing/promotion, maintaining seminar supplies, and collecting prospective client data.
