Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Create and implement social media campaigns to promote our products and services
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas for social media content
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
