This position requires travel to meet potential customers, strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, with a customer-focused approach. You’ll be successful through daily prospecting, rapport building, and conducting follow ups.

This is a full-time, face-to-face, outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home design consultations to educate customers on the best window-covering options for their homes.
- Build trust and credibility with customers to successfully close sales.
- Submit customer orders and ensure their satisfaction.

- Base pay plus uncapped commission

- Full-time – 8 hours a day
- Monday to Friday with weekend work available
- Typical schedule is 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be flexible
