What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Technology Service Technician position at Sales Recruiters Network?
We are currently looking for a Office Technology Service Technician in the La Crosse area.
With this position, we are looking for someone with 1 years of experience working on document management equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, etc...) or someone with appliance repair background.
In this position, we are looking for someone to perform regular maintenance on office equipment and diagnose/troubleshoot/repair office equipment on site at customer's locations.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills that can not only work with the manufacturer in troubleshooting and ordering parts, but communicate with the client to keep them up to date and other team members regularly. We are looking for someone that is reliable and has a basic understanding of digital technology.
This position does require local travel to customer locations in the La Crosse and surounding areas, so individual must have valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurance. Company vehicle provided as well as bonus opportunities for excellent service. Excellent on the job training offered with opportunities to grow within the organization.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay (to be determined based on experience) plus bonus opportunities and offers company car, benefits, 401K, PTO and other incentives.
