We're looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team! Your mission will be to spark interest and develop relationships with prospective clients through expertly handled outbound calls.

Location: Work remotely in the Dominican Republic or Mexico
Salary Range: $16,000 - $21,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time, with a flexible schedule)

Your Role:

  • Lead Hunter: Spearhead our sales efforts with a minimum of 20 outbound cold calls per hour, crafting opportunities for our clients.
  • Data Dynamo: Harness our CRM systems and databases to track down leads and maintain meticulous records of your sales conquests.
  • Goal Getter: Team up with your Talent Development Manager to smash targets and bolster your successful close rate.
  • Skill Sharpening: Commit to continuous improvement with regular training sessions designed to hone your sales prowess.
  • Product Pro: Immerse yourself in our clients' offerings, ready to compellingly convey their benefits to potential customers.
  • Relationship Architect: Build lasting bonds with prospects and clients, setting the stage for ongoing business engagements.
