FIND YOUR FIRE! At Sally's Apizza we have been creating New Haven Style Apizza since 1938 and are now expanding to locations across the United States.

Famous for our distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven-kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans from around the world.

We hand-craft authentic pizza in custom-designed ovens, using the original recipes. Sally’s mission is to make great pizza available to everyone.

The Role Line cook will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and restaurant growth.

As the Line Cook, You Will Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible. Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking.

Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly. Complete opening and closing checklists. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area in all areas of the prep kitchen.

ROLE COMPETENCIES Language English Basic Spanish (preferred but not required) Experience Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook.

Good time-management skills Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings Attention To Detail Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.

Organizational Awareness Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities, perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization.

Work Environment Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude. Flexible to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
