Salt are excited to be working with a DTC consumer healthcare business at the start of their growth plan. They are looking for someone to lead brand strategy. You will be an entrepreneurial character and act in an innovative way, owning the P&L and the growth of the team.

The Role
This is a diverse role, where you will mix your marketing expertise with commercial. Essentially you will own one of the brands in their portfolio and be responsible for driving growth.
• Own P&L for the brand.
• Develop commercial brand strategies for the brand, that will impact revenue growth.
• Own all marketing and advertising budgets.
• Develop GTM strategies.
• Own the DTC site strategy and growth.
• Co-develop acquisition strategies.
• And so much more! It’s almost like being a mini CEO
You
They’re looking for someone from a strong DTC marketing background, who is hungry to work in an extremely high growth environment. You’ll need:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience across marketing and ecommerce, with a proven track record in delivering high revenue growth.
• Experience delivering brand marketing strategies with a commercial focus.
• Experience in a DTC brand, ideally in consumer healthcare.
• Strong commercial experience with P&L and budget management.
• Senior leadership level experience, with the ability to influence inside the business.
