Just as a simple analogy, Uber provides a platform for drivers to make money, and Saltalk provides a platform for food entrepreneurs to make money. We provide a turnkey hosting service for food entrepreneurs to cook food and a SaaS platform to manage their orders, etc.
We are seeking a motivated individual to provide help with everyday logistics operation functions and support. It will be good to be familiar with logistics management, food safety, and food operation.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing candidate that is a master of operations and logistics. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization by planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency. Requirements:
- Establish long-term systems to scale the business multi-fold; influence and align others around this vision.
- Oversee daily operations of practices, including but not limited to services, site policies, staff development, and flow.
- Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Clearly communicate significant issues, activities, and objectives to upper-level management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably over multiple locations.
- Proven success in managing and scaling large teams.
- Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
- Excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team environment.
- Expert time management & organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple locations.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Preferred:
Have over two years of experience in Food Delivery or Commercial Kitchen Technology companies/Startups.

Pay: $40,049.00 - $98,984.00 per year
