Salted Stone is a full-service global growth agency and HubSpot Elite Partner looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing APAC Client Services team.

The Account Coordinator is a full-time position focused on providing administrative and customer service support to our Account Managers to ensure projects are managed smoothly and that we’re able to deliver great outcomes for our clients. The position encompasses project tracking, research, auditing/ reporting, managing client documentation, and attending client meetings.

Ideal candidates are organized, quick learners, detail-oriented, and enjoy communicating with various stakeholders. HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required (we can help you get there!).

Our Account Coordinators are the glue that holds our projects together by:


  • Assisting the Client Services team on internal trafficking of projects through our project management platform (Teamwork).
  • Setting up and managing Teamwork projects or tasks.
  • Reviewing project schedules and advise project team of any blockers or variances.
  • Fostering an excellent working relationship with clients.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Client Services team such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Verifying production specs and preparing detailed briefs for the production teams.
  • Participating in client check-in meetings, project context, and project roadmap sessions.


We’ll expect you to have:


  • Some practical experience in a similar role
  • Excellent skills in project management and prioritization
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • The ability to be a digital-first thinker who embraces new tech
  • A keen interest in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Experience in dealing with customers in either B2C or B2B ecosystems to demonstrate customer services skill


It would also be great (but not essential) for you to have the following:

  • Experience with or exposure to HubSpot

Location


This is a hybrid role. Our Sydney office is based in Parramtta, and the team chose to work flexibly between the office and home. Your new Leader is currently based in North America, however we’re also in the process of hiring someone locally to pick up this responsibility. Your new team mates are primarily located in Sydney, with a small office in Perth and then remote teams spread across the globe.
