As part of our Core Services team, the Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through strategic CRM management, optimizing lead retrieval processes, and executing impactful events. By leveraging Salesforce and Account Engagement, the specialist enhances customer segmentation, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness, contributing to our vision of transforming access control technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Management: The specialist excels in planning, coordinating, and executing events that achieve high levels of attendee satisfaction while driving significant contributions to sales revenue and enhancing customer engagement.

Lead Retrieval: The specialist effectively manages and optimizes lead retrieval processes, ensuring that all captured leads are efficiently organized, followed up on, and integrated into CRM systems to maximize conversion potential.

CRM Strategist: This role involves developing and implementing strategies in Salesforce and Account Engagement that improve customer segmentation, engagement, and retention, ensuring that marketing efforts are personalized and aligned with customer needs.
