PLEASE NOTE:
This position is a "Remote / Work From Home / On The Road" position. What does this mean? If selected for the position, you will be assigned a service area where you live, no need for relocation and work the days you want.
Job Description:
Employees will perform assigned services in accordance with company policies, company software, and tools. Employees will be expected to perform repair and maintenance services while providing direction to Field Technician Assistants to complete services for clients on recreational vehicles including the following: travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and other recreational vehicles. Employees will be provided various training materials and hands-on instructions to ensure they understands expectations and general mechanical repair knowledge for the position.
Special Requirements:
For this position, employees will need to have or furnish their own hand working tools. This includes the following standard tools: rubber mallet, hammer, screw driver in Phillips and Flat Head, smaller and medium sized pry bar, basic socket wrench set up to size 14 or 15 mm or equivalent, flashlight, pliers, needle nose pliers, basic 12' ft length ladder, and reliable personal transportation. Specialized tools will be furnished by the company.
Job Duties:
Duties include but are not limited to, application and instillation of parts and materials consisting of caulk, metal and plastic trim, RV framed windows, skylights, roof vents, awnings, water heaters, fridges, A/C Units, thermostats, floors, walls, structural frame, and other parts including replacement or after market parts. Additional duties include operation of a company vehicle and assigned equipment, including upkeep and maintenance of assigned equipment. Employees will be expected to maintain a company credit card for fuel purchases and have basic computer knowledge to complete some of the forms required throughout employment. Employees will be expected to use a personal cellular device for certain requirements of the position.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent
General Technical or Mechanical Knowledge
Education Preferred:
Certification or Formal Training of any of the following:
RVTI – RV Technical Institute
RVTA – RV Training Academy
RVSA – RV Service Academy
RVTC – RV Training Center
Or other relevant training program, Employee must provide proof of training if applicable.
Employment Conditions:
Employees will be required to undergo a background verification check and driving history check. You must be insurable by the company and not have any violent felony or felony theft, robbery or burglary convictions with in the last 5 years.
Employees will be required to communicate in English, Bilingual persons are welcome.
