Sales Administrative Clerk

Currently our Ford store in Bloomington Illinois are looking for a Sales Administrative Clerk

This position comes with a monthly bonus!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving incoming calls
• Respond to and follow up on all customer Internet inquiries via email
• Make follow-up calls to customers.
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments

• Give new customers a great initial impression of the dealership

• Assist sales managers with general duties

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude
• Must like talking on the phone and answering customers' questions about our extensive line of products
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• The ability to multitask, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers
• Committed to customer service and satisfaction
• Professional, well-groomed appearance

• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time
