What you'll do...
Sam’s Tech is looking for an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager who is skilled at the overall management and execution of tech operations. You will sit within the Chief of Staff Office and support the execution of important organizational-wide initiatives that enable the successful management of the overarching tech strategy. Your role will involve breaking down barriers to enable the delivery of large-scale, technology-driven projects and programs across the Sam’s Tech enterprise. You’ll work closely with Engineering leaders and help develop a sound annual operating plan and manage it throughout the fiscal year. You’ll also work closely with Finance, HR, Product leaders. You’ll maintain budgetary and ROI goals and leverage your technical knowledge to influence stakeholder decision-making. With your leadership and strategic vision, you'll play a pivotal role in taking the Sam’s business on continuous path of evolution and growth.

What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, retail, or a related field.
- A deep technical program management background and direct experiences developing systems.
- Extensive experience in Operations and Financial Management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to embrace change and drive digital transformation.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of delivering results.
