Job Summary:
Sameday Health is searching for passionate and experienced check in staff with sales experience. We are building a motivated team that is focused on spotlighting all of the health and wellness services that Sameday Health has to offer. Your role will include checking in clients that arrive for wellness services at Sameday Health locations and communicating the benefits of each product we offer. There will be sales requirements to hit per hours worked and a commission paid for products sold.
A Sameday Health Client Advisor is responsible for all sales associate job duties, including but not limited to:
- Greet and check in clients, offering assistance and answering questions as needed
- Ability to label samples and sample tubes quickly and accurately
- Ability to understand and use our internal software efficiently (must be tech savvy)
- Introducing retail products and wellness products and services to clients, suggesting items or services, lending opinions and providing product information
- Keep the sales floor orderly, sanitized, organized and appropriately stocked with merchandise
- Processing payments via an iPhone or iPad at the check in desk
- Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting our store's commitment to our customer
- Developing product knowledge by reading current vendor tags and pamphlets and attending training classes in order to communicate knowledge to the customer
- Flyering or guerilla marketing in local area
- Staying current with promotional events and sales
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management in verbal and written English
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask, work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Focus and dedication to customer service
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Appropriate telephone etiquette
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field a plus
Physical Requirements:
This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two or more consecutive hours. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
