Job Summary/Overview:
The FOM Taylor Administrator will provide administrative support to department within the organization. The role has a wide range of responsibilities related to it, and serves to support the teams and help our departments run with excellence.
Specific Job Duties:
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, listening skills, and drive to follow through to meet deadlines.
• Requires proven analytical skills in interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Requires excellent oral and written communications skills; excellent interpersonal skills; and proven computer literacy.
• Runs reports (to include invoices and budgets) and maintains and tracks data in spreadsheets.
• Maintains and tracks updates to records and NDAs.
• Supports the onboarding program for the teams and send out welcome packets
• Approves Area Access Requests.
• Welcomes new hires to teams, making sure computer, phones and all new hire documentation is completed.
• Organizes and schedules events/meetings and provides conference room support upon request.
• Organizes and schedules departmental team building events and happy hours
• Manage all department awards
• Manage calendar & travel requests for department Managers
• Assists with evacuation drills and maintains evacuation box roster sheets.
• Keeps office supply cabinet stocked with supplies and batteries.
• Manages org charts continually and provides updates on a weekly basis
• Helps maintain cubicle floor seating chart and assists teams in floor moves
• Manage & track inventory of field communication/documentation devices
• Work independently on special assignments and projects

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required:
• College Degree
• 5 years of experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools:
• Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel required and Power point (formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail
• Effectively communicates via verbal/written to immediate team and other SAS departments
• Organizational time management
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
