Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
As a TQR technician, he or she will be responsible for data collection/analysis and verification from various reliability tools to ensure the Quality and Reliability of SAS Products.
The TQR technician requires a high degree of independent decision making to prioritize work, adjust to changing priorities, and respond to abnormalities. This position will interface across levels and departments with the SAS organization to provide clear communication of issue status and coordinate actions to meet the business need.
Specific Job Duties:
The job function is located outside a clean room environment but requires occasional clean room access to pick up or drop off wafers.
The TQR technician will need to manually move 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers, run evaluations using proprietary software, and summarizing the data using Excel/PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail is required with accountability for errors.
Strong debug skills/troubleshooting hardware/software
Shift:
1st shift for training, then move to compress shift (A/C) days or stay on 1st shift
Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Minium of 2 years directly applicable experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities
2-year associate degree, equivalent military training, or technical school certification.
