A division of Samuel, Son & Co., Metal Spinners, is a leading manufacturer of customer designed metal components. We produce a wide variety of components for many different markets. We make cooking equipment. – Something as simple as a pizza pan. We also produce components for outdoor furnishings like tables, playground equipment, or lighting. Our largest product category, however, is “air movement”. Most of the components that we manufacture are used to move or redirect air for things like ventilation, heating, cooling, and product handling, which critical to nearly every industry. We are growing and have an opening on out sales team

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining and executing sales territory plans.
- Prospecting for potential new customers and opportunities.
- Following up on quotations.
- Establishing strong relationships with existing customers.
- Forecasting orders/sales monthly.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plan - Sales or sales management experience, preferably metal manufacturing.
- Experience sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Phone, email, and live prospecting.
- Relationship development.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred with a focus in sales, marketing, business administration, manufacturing or engineering (experience will be considered in lieu of education).
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:
- Computers
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in ERP systems.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work will in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
- Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
- Must have a basic understanding of computers.
- Must have reading, writing and simple math skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Metal Spinning experience is a plus.
- Natural leader who has an independent lifestyle.
- An ability to build positive business relationships and reach decision makers.
- Consistent, effective prospecting.
- Effective at questioning and listening.
- High personal motivation with a strong desire to succeed.
