The ideal candidate will have high-energy, be culinary trained and be able to prepare high-quality food.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooking for our “GUESTS” that come through: i.e. Buyers, Suppliers, etc.
- Experimenting with new products along with priority items.
- Trade Shows
- Assist in handling certain exclusive accounts
- Chefs Tables
- Cooking Shows/ TV Spotlights
- Culinary Schools: assisting with tours and facilitating learning
- Events: i.e. Hiramasa Event, etc.
- Food Safety Demonstrations
- In house Acme/Supermarket Educational Luncheons
- Charity Events: Classes, Events, Ongoing Education
- Brand Ambassador: i.e. clean seas, Paradise shrimp, etc.
Qualifications.
- 6 years combined education and work experience as a chef, sous chef, line cook, etc.
- Servesafe Certified a Plus
