JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Americas team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and personable Program Manager. This person should have prior experience overseeing, guiding, and coordinating the various aspect of implementation and deployment of SaaS and Managed Services programs in the cloud. This critical role will lead software projects from start to finish, manage and motivate the software developer/implementation team and other team members, give customer presentations, and write project proposals. It will be our clients’ primary point of contact throughout the implementation phases of the program.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least five years of relevant project or program management and account management experience, preferably within the financial industry. This full-time role will report to the COO of North America.
MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Organize and manage transformational multi-track projects and programs of multiple projects, particularly around Our Company’s SaaS and Managed Services offering
- Provide leadership, purpose, direction, and motivation to the team on Our Company’s key projects and program
- Provide proactive recommendations and uses prior experience to recommend opportunities to resolve challenges that arise throughout the project
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, key executives, and stakeholders
- Provide daily operational support, responding to and resolving client requests and inquiries within the project or program
- Ensure effective issue management and risk management
- Act as a liaison between client and internal teams to deliver timely solutions successfully
- Provide regular project and program reporting to client stakeholders as well as management
- Collaborate across multiple in-house and client teams to ensure coordinated understanding, execution, and delivery
- Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive and manage the evaluation phase of the sales process
MUST-HAVE:
- US Citizen or Green Card Holders Only (i.e., does not require sponsorship, and no C2C)
- five years of experience in project or program management and leading teams
- Proven record of successfully delivering financial software implementation, specifically around SaaS, Managed Services, and Cloud projects
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Proven account management experience
- The candidate should possess a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience in financial software or precisely enterprise data management software and IBOR (investment book of record) a plus
- Proven track record managing project implementation of financial software (asset management and capital markets)
- Excellent track record of ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrate capability to communicate and articulate professionally.
- Understanding general IT principles, IT organization, and IT risk management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and driven to be a strong team contributor
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and can multitask
