Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, etc.
Requirements:
-Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others are also important qualities for this role.
