The SF Marin Food Bank is comprised of a dedicated team of approximately 220 staff working collaboratively to provide close to 80 million pounds of food to over 210,000 people in the Bay Area – a region where 1 in 4 people are at risk of hunger. We are currently looking for a Temporary Individual Stewardship Specialist to help provide support within our Stewardship program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Execute on providing personal stewardship to over 1,300 midlevel donors with capacity through phone calls, emails, and personal notes
- Document all communication with donors in Raiser’s Edge using Moves Management protocol
- Work with Individual Giving Officer to identify donors that need immediate attention by timing of gift, gift size, and capacity.
- Forward all donors who respond with engaged interest to the Individual Giving Officer to be qualified for further personal qualification.
- Assist Individual Giving Officer in data entry required for midlevel giving stewardship program, including actions taken by Board and Young Professional Council members.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- PC computer and data entry skills.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task.
- Follows all agency policies, rules, regulations and procedures, including emergency procedures. Ability to adhere to safety and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to interact with community members and callers in a professional and polite manner
- Ability to listen and communicate.
- Comply with all confidentiality policies and procedures at all times.

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Fluency in English.
