We are seeking a Front Desk Manager with the proven ability to provide the highest quality of customer service in the operations of the Resort Desk Team. This person will ensure our front desk staff offers stellar customer service and provides a positive, memorable hospitality experiences for our guests. The goal of our
Resort Desk Team is to deliver outstanding guest service, assuring guests have an enjoyable and positive experience during their stay.
If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with resort procedures, like bookings, check- in / check-out processes we’d like to meet you.
Our ideal candidates will have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage guest services and our resort image by answering guest request and making sure our visitors are satisfied.
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide upscale guest service experiences for our guests throughout their stay
- Ensure guests are greeted properly upon arrival
- Monitor daily bookings to ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to checking in
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
- Promptly address guest requests
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff to follow up to ensure we have resolved guest concerns
- Inform guests of services and amenities at the resort
- Establish friendly relationships with regular guests and homeowners
- Ensure special guests receive personalized service
- Manage multiple projects efficiently
- Evaluate and manage guest services team; schedules, training
- Other duties as assigned
Front Desk Manager Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager, Hotel Manager or similar role; experience in Vacation Rentals is a plus
- Available to work all days of the week including weekends, holidays and on call as needed
- Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws
- Customer Service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate team into high performance
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
