Entry level inside sales position in a startup in the B2B sales deregulated energy market. Fast paced call center environment with daily and weekly bonuses on top of base pay. Average Jr. Employee makes about $900-$1,100 a week after paid 90 day training period (pay during training period is $600-$900 a week average,) while Sr. Sales Agents average $80,000-100,000 a year. All employees will start off as Jr. Sales Rep with opportunity to move up to Sr. Sales Reps after a training period.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing leads through cold calling
  • Maintaining pipeline through following up with customers and addressing their business' needs
  • Professional attitude while addressing customers over phone calls

Skills

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day a plus
  • Confident personality
  • Upbeat and punctual
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Inside sales experience a plus, but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
