Automobile Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. 1 year plus experience required. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our dealership. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers

- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales

- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue

- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with potential leads

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

- Experience in inventory control and management

- Previous experience in a dealership or retail sales environment is preferred

- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales

- Familiarity with retail math and basic financial calculations

- Proven track record of outbound sales success

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,966.00 - $75,873.00 per year
